The terrain is only spotty with high radiation areas and the anomalies here are sporadic. Otherwise it is quite unremarkable, a mirror of the inner areas of the Zone. Polesie is considered to be on the edge of the Northern Areas, where a lot of the goods are smugled in and many rookies enter the Zone from here. This not only allowed the various factions to flood the area, but vehicles to be operated in the otherwise hostile landscape.
